Ionbond expands DLC coating capacity in Toulouse
Ionbond is proud to announce a strategic investment in its Grisolles facility near Toulouse, France, with the installation of an HC1200 coating system from IHI Hauzer to significantly expand our DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating capacity. This move reinforces our commitment to supporting the aerospace industry and strengthens our position as a leading coating supplier in the region.
Located in the heart of France’s Aerospace Valley, home to Airbus and numerous Tier 1, Grisolles is ideally positioned to serve the growing demand for high-performance coatings in aerospace applications. With this expansion, Ionbond becomes the closest coating partner to the Toulouse aerospace cluster, offering unmatched proximity and responsiveness.
The new HC1200 chamber enhances our ability to deliver a wide range of coating solutions - from cutting and molding tools to aerospace components and decorative finishes. This investment not only boosts our production capacity but also reflects Ionbond’s dedication to meet evolving customer needs.
