We are pleased to announce a major investment at our Berthecourt facility: the installation of a new Hauzer Flexicoat 1000 machine featuring advanced CARC+ technology. This strategic upgrade significantly expands our coating capacity and productivity, enabling us to meet growing customer demands with greater efficiency.
Delivering advanced coating solutions
The new machine allows us to deliver the latest generation of our Plus coatings for cutting tools, including AuroraX Plus and introduces a new range of coatings for forming and molding tools such as, Ionbond™ 90 Concept, Ionbond™ 95 and Ionbond™ 357.
Capability for larger components and complex tools
Thanks to its size and cutting-edge technology, we can now process larger components, including cutting pins, gear cutting tools in greater numbers, and hot working tools such as punches for forming TA6V sheets, while ensuring superior performance and durability.
