Maintenance Technician

What do we ask?

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment, clean line, and other plant machinery to ensure optimal operation.
  • Accurately document and maintain records of equipment notifications, maintenance histories, and technical drawings, including blueprints and schematics
  • Troubleshoot and repair vacuum systems, demonstrating confidence and proficiency in working with high-voltage components.
  • Assess repair and maintenance needs, prioritizing actions to minimize downtime and optimize equipment reliability.
  • Monitor equipment performance and uptime, developing and implementing strategies to reduce breakdowns and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with managers and process engineers to effectively address manufacturing interruptions, inconsistent process results, and equipment downtime.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, supporting the 6S Program and fostering a culture of safety and organization.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a candidate with:

At least three years of maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment

Experience with Vacuum Technology is a plus!

Diploma/GED is required. Degree/Certification in Engineering, Technical or Trade education is preferred

Strong Ability with understanding failure mechanism with the ability to isolate and determine root cause and repairs

Working knowledge of control systems, PLC controls

Able to work independtely, is a self-starter, and highly motivated to complete projects and meet deadlines

Possess good communication skills such as able to clearly communicate with peers, management, and suppliers

Working schedule is Monday through Friday - Dayshift

Able to work overtime and weekends as required

Must be authorized to work in the U.S and pass a criminal background check and physical screening

Traveling on occasion to other U.S centers and internationally as needed
