Regional Controller

Ionbond is seeking a Regional Controller who is motivated by challenges and energized by the opportunity to rebuild and strengthen the finance function in an organization. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can bring structure, clarity, and accountability to an evolving team. You will lead the U.S. finance functions, drive process improvements, and establish consistent procedures that support operational excellence. We are looking for someone who communicates directly, leads decisively, and can guide a team through change while partnering effectively with colleagues and internal customers.

In this role, you will oversee all U.S. financial operations, including monthly financial reporting, journal entries, financial statements, analysis, and presentations. You will partner closely with plant operations and regional leadership to ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency across the organization. Success in this position requires strong leadership, process ownership, and the ability to guide a team through change while maintaining high standards of performance and communication.
