Operator | 2 shifts | Tool - Medical

Are you technically skilled, do you work accurately, and are you looking for a challenging job in a dynamic production environment? Ionbond is looking for a motivated Operator to join our team in the Tool - Medical department.

As an Operator, you are an essential link in our production process. You work closely with colleagues and various departments and contribute to delivering high quality.

What will you be doing?

  • You will act as the team leader and ensure that all work contributes to the realization of the production plan.
  • You will actively participate in the preparations required before we can coat our products. This includes cleaning, inspecting, charging, and loading machines.
  • You will ensure adequate production registration, such as keeping machine logs up to date.
  • You will share responsibility with the team for a safe and orderly workplace.
  • You will share responsibility with the team for ensuring a complete and clear handover to the next shift.
  • Operating overhead cranes and forklifts (internal training available).
  • Working in a 2-shift system (occasional weekend shifts on a rotating basis).

Full-time employment (38 hours) and a one-year contract

with the prospect of permanent employment.

A salary in accordance with the Metal and Technology Collective Labor Agreement

depending on experience. Minimum €2,747 and maximum €3,215. You will also receive an irregular hours allowance.

25 vacation days and 13 ADV days

on a full-time basis.

€0.23 travel allowance

in accordance with internal regulations.

On-site physical therapist, fresh fruit every day, bicycle plan, and fitness plan

What do we require from you?

You have completed a technical MBO program or have demonstrable experience. You are accurate and independent, with a can-do attitude and a sense of responsibility. You are also a team player with good communication skills and are willing to collaborate with various departments.

You are willing to work in two shifts (every other week you start at 6:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.) and on weekends on a rotating basis. You are also willing to obtain (or already have) a forklift and/or crane certificate. You speak Dutch, English, or German.
