Ionbond Madison Heights, is located just outside of Detroit, Michigan. Being located closely to the “Motor City”, this coating center has historically focused on the Cutting Tool and Forming and Molding segments. However, since the emergence of our highly acclaimed Tribobond™ 42 PACVD coating, we have quickly made the leap into Deco, Industrial and Automotive applications with great success.
This center operates 24 hours per day, 7 days a week to ensure your orders will be processed as quickly as possible. With 24-48hour turnaround available for many coatings such as TiN, TiCN, Maximizer Plus, Ionbond™ Concept 90, as well as others, we can be the go-to source for all of your coating needs. Our ISO 9001 certification ensures you consistently receive your coated parts back that meet customer, quality, and regulatory requirements. With our upcoming IATF 16949 Certification in early 2022 we will receive approval for the extensive requirements of our Automotive customers.
