The coating center Ionbond Germany in St. Egidien has been offering individual PVD solutions for tools and industrial components for almost 20 years. Numerous and well-known customers regularly place coating orders with the Saxon plant. Applications include:

Advanced coatings such as Ionbond^™ 35, Ionbond^™ 90 and Ionbond^™ 95 are available for demanding solid forming and hot forming processes. In addition to PVD coating, the site offers professional polishing of forming and plastic processing tools. Our sales department will be happy to provide you with a customized quote.

A pick-up and delivery service in the states of Saxony and Thuringia - as well as to selected customers nationwide - reduces out-of-stock times for Ionbond customers. For regional customers, there is a 48h door-to-door delivery service for frequently used shifts.

Ionbond Germany's laser technology center in Nuremberg has been offering customized solutions for laser surface treatment of tools and industrial components for 25 years. Our customers benefit from our expertise in laser beam hardening and laser beam welding technologies. Numerous well-known companies in the energy technology and turbine construction sectors rely on Ionbond for erosion protection of their components.
