Quality Inspector | 2 shifts | Tool - Medical

Are you critical, technically skilled, and do you enjoy working in a dynamic production environment? We are looking for a motivated colleague who will maintain our high quality standards with a careful and critical eye.

As a Quality Inspector, you are an essential link within the organization. You ensure that incoming and outgoing products are assessed to determine whether they meet the set quality standards. From precision parts for the semiconductor industry to medical tools and components for the machining industry - you check everything with an eye for detail.

What will you be doing?

As a Quality Inspector you are you critical, technically skilled, and do you enjoy working in a dynamic production environment where you will:

  • Performing quality checks on incoming and outgoing products from various segments;
  • Inspecting and measuring test materials and products supplied by customers;
  • Performing checks throughout the entire production process;
  • Recording and reporting findings;
  • Collaborating with various departments such as production and engineering;
  • Working in both the production hall and the measuring room;
  • Operating an overhead crane and forklift truck (internal training available);
  • Working in a two-shift system (including weekend shifts if necessary and on a rotating basis);
  • Taking responsibility with the team for a complete and clear handover to the next shift.

Full-time employment (38 hours) and a one-year contract

with the prospect of permanent employment.

A salary in accordance with the Metal and Technology Collective Labor Agreement

Depending on experience. Minimum €2,830 and maximum €3,666 excluding irregularity allowance.

25 vacation days and 13 ADV days

on a full-time basis.

€0.23 travel allowance

in accordance with internal regulations.

What do we require from you?

You havecompleted a technical MBO program or have demonstrable experience. Experience with quality control and knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 is an advantage. Assertiveness, steadfastness, and decisiveness are character traits that suit you. You also enjoy working accurately and independently with a great sense of responsibility. At Ionbond, it is important to be able to work well with others and communicate with different departments.

You are willing to work in two shifts (every other week you start at 6:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.) and take turns working on weekends. You are also willing to obtain (or already have) a forklift and/or crane certificate. You speak good to fluent English or Dutch; Polish and German are an advantage.
