Quality Control Inspector
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team and play a key role in inspection, auditing, and documentation processes. You’ll work closely with the Quality Manager to support innovative production efforts, uphold rigorous quality standards, and contribute to the continued advancement of our cutting‑edge coating solutions.


What do we ask?
- Inspect coated parts for coating thickness, coating adherence, surface finish, substrate & coating hardness, size and appearance, records inspection information consistent with prescribed methods and procedures
- Conduct audits, including control plan audits, product audits, 5S HSE, QMS self-assessments, and customer-supplied audit forms, under supervision.
- Take charge of relevant document and data control, ensuring updates and maintaining daily inspection logs promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean workstation; ensure it is functioning within required safety guidelines and maintain lab equipment.
- Communicates effectively to supervision and operating personnel to achieve optimum continuity of workflow and quality, and any other job-related problems.
- Use precision measuring instruments and make precision inspection set-ups accurately.
- Responsible for 5S Program (continuous improvement) in the QC area and other areas where assigned.

Who are we looking for?
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment performing quality control inspections and procedures is required
minimum of a high school diploma, with additional knowledge gained through experience; an Associate Degree is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational and time management abilities
requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, read small print (as small as 6‑point font), distinguish color variations, and handle precision‑machined parts with good manual dexterity
Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, effective communication abilities, and thrives in a fast paced environment
This is a full time, on site position, scheduled Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
The pay range for this role is $18–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a criminal background check and physical screening.
