• Annual definition and assessment of quality goals and the introduction of corrective and preventative measures where necessary.
• Practically oriented further education and training of all employees and managers in order to increase our professional and management expertise.
• Periodical checking of the appropriateness of the quality policy. 

Environment

The protection of the environment is an integral component of our company policy. Compliance with the relevant laws and the fulfilment of official specifications in our operative business are the minimum requirements for us. The continuous improvement of the operational environment is also an important goal for us.

A major branch of our business is to increase or extend the level of efficiency and the service life of tools and components. This saves energy and valuable raw materials.

Every Ionbond employee is aware of the importance of environmental protection and, in his/her daily work, takes into consideration everything that is necessary for protection of the air, the water and the he soil.
