Performance

The very hard and wear resistant coating Tribobond™ 43 DLC combines a very low coefficient of friction with a perfect surface quality and absolute chemical inertness. These outstanding properties, together with thermal conductivity and electrical insulation, predestine Tribobond™ 43 DLC for high precision applications and the semiconductor industry. The chemical inertness makes it non-sensitive to any environmental influence and justifies its application in chemical pumps, medical components, etc. The high elasticity of this material makes it also very suitable for applications underlying dynamic load.
